The first release of a new, playful cuvée: ‘stolen’ from the hard tail-end of our Tickled Pink pressing, this is a Co-fermentation of Syrah, Grenache, and Merlot from steep, rocky, granitic Sierra Foothills terroir, grown on terraces above 2000ft elevation. To make enough quantity for one full barrel, a small quantity of our Cuvée Mystérieuse was added to the fermenting vat, making it a little darker yet. The outcome is a versatile, light wine, with pure, delicious fruit and bright acidity. Simply put, one of the most food-friendly wines we have ever produced.
